According to information received from the District Election Office, Municipal Council Mahasamund 39, Municipal Council 03 in Bagbahara, Municipal Council 05 in Saraipali, Nagar Panchayat 05 in Tumgaon
13 nomination papers were purchased in Nagar Panchayat Pithora and 14 in Nagar Panchayat Basna. In this way, a total of 123 names have been purchased in the district so far. No nomination papers have been filed by any candidate in the urban nikayan of the district.
